Bob Turner

Bob Turner, CPA

Bob Turner is the President and Senior Partner of Turner & Costa, P.C.. He attended school at Northeastern University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. With over 40 years of experience, Bob has provided individual financial, tax, estate investment and small business consultation to a diverse client base.

Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Bob is a past President of the Marlborough Rotary Club, and has served for the past ten years as Assistant Treasurer of the Club. He has served on various community-related boards and fundraising committees, volunteered in the Marlborough School System where his sons attended school, as well as coaching Marlborough Youth Soccer for several years.

Bob resides in Marlborough with his wife and two sons.

Greg Costa CPA

Greg Costa, CPA

Greg Costa is Managing Partner of Turner & Costa, P.C., and has been with the firm since receiving his B.S. in Accounting from St Anslem’s College in 2002. Greg has a vast range of experience in all aspects of individual and corporate accounting matters, and works closely with a diverse client base. His passion for helping small business clients improve operations and mitigate tax liability has been vital to the growth and development of the firm. He resides in Northborough, MA with his wife and two daughters.

Jesse Hancock

Jesse Hancock

Jesse has been with Turner & Costa, P.C. since 2016. After earning a BSBA with an Accounting concentration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, she began preparing personal and corporate tax returns and providing bookkeeping services for the firm. She enjoys working closely with small business clients to solve problems and hopes to continue to expand her knowledge of taxation. Currently, she is pursuing an MSA from UMass Lowell with plans to sit for the CPA exam upon completion.

Abigail Stone

Abigail Stone

Abby started at Turner & Costa in late 2019. She graduated from University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Accounting. While obtaining her degree and shortly after, she worked for her father’s CPA firm, specializing in personal tax. Since joining our team she has been growing her knowledge and skills in personal tax, as well as corporate tax and bookkeeping services. In the future she is looking forward to studying and sitting for the CPA exam to obtain her CPA licensure.

Marvens Leconte

Marvens Leconte

Marvens Leconte began working at Turner & Costa in early 2021. Marvens graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelors in accounting and finance in 2019. With a background in credit management and accounts receivable, he joined our firm where he specializes in Corporate taxes. Marvens looks forward to obtaining his CPA license and further contributing to this company with his diversity and interpersonal/social skills as he continues to expand his knowledge in taxation and bookkeeping. He resides in Brockton, MA with his family.

Brenda Greenwood

Brenda J Greenwood

Brenda joined the team in 2012 and is the first point of contact for the Westford office. She has over 25 years’ experience as an administrative professional supporting and managing business operations. Her attention to detail and communication with our clients enables us to effectively work in a fast-paced environment and with highly confidential data. Brenda emphasizes the importance of developing client relationships and assisting them, and is vital to our success. She resides with her husband and husky pup, and loves to cook, read, and spend time with her family.

Brenda Greenwood

Misty Viera

Head of Turner & Costa’s bookkeeping division, Misty is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with advanced knowledge in all versions of QuickBooks including desktop, online and MAC. She also brings to the table experience with other accounting software (such as NetSuite, Sage and Oracle based platforms) and a wide range of comprehensive skills with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Cloud based platforms for data storage and processing. Misty’s mission has always been to assist small business owners by providing bookkeeping and administrative services, procedures, training, and total back office coverage.


Christine Williams

Christine joined Turner & Costa, P.C. in 2021 in the Bookkeeping Division. Christine brings more than 20 years of legal and administrative experience to her role as Bookkeeping Manager. Christine oversees the day-to-day administrative functions and scheduling for the Bookkeeping Division and serves as a liaison with the firm’s office services. Christine enjoys working with clients to help them streamline their businesses by putting policies and procedures in place.

Christine currently lives in Raynham, has 3 children and her “furry” four-legged best friend.


Sopheak Mean

Sopheak Mean began as an intern at Turner & Costa, P.C. in 2020 from the University of Massachusetts: Lowell. After graduating with a B.S in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting in 2021, Sopheak has assisted the firm with preparing personal tax returns, conducting bookkeeping services, and aid with corporate tax returns. Sopheak is determined to provide all incoming clients with the most transparent and effective business solutions. Currently, Sopheak is on track to obtain an MBA from the University of Massachusetts: Lowell and plans to sit for the CPA exam in 2021. Outside of the firm, Sopheak enjoys spending his time with his fiancée and is involved in community outreach work in Lowell.


Souleng Meng

Souleng graduated from Suffolk University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She joined Turner & Costa P.C. in 2021 as a tax intern and now is part of the firm’s Bookkeeping Division where she enjoys assisting clients by providing bookkeeping services. Based off her positive experience as a tax intern for Turner & Costa, Souleng also continues to help prepare individual tax returns for clients. To further enhance her knowledge in Accounting, Souleng looks forward to obtaining her master’s degree in accounting in 2022.
